WORKCO Limited's Recruitment Department provides a quality recruitment service to employers and can assist with all aspects of recruitment.

At WORKCO we only have one customer. That customer is the person responsible for hiring new staff. All our skills are directed at successfully filling your position.

WORKCO Limited's recruitment packages include:

• WORKCO Bronze: a package tailored to meet the requirements of an employer looking to fill a vacancy where candidates may be relatively accessible. Normally better suited to vacancies that may need to be filled urgently and where time is an issue. This package will produce a shortlist of screened applicants who best meet your requirements. It uses limited media advertising, concentrating on data base candidates and those who access our job internet sites.

• WORKCO Gold is designed to provide an 'all inclusive' recruitment package for employers requiring a recruitment service that will attract the best available person for their business. This package provides higher levels of candidate screening and optional referee checks. WORKCO Gold is a certain time saver for you and your key personnel. You will only be dealing with candidates who have passed tight screening standards.

• WORKCO Professional is a fully tailored recruitment package aimed at placing professionals from local, interstate and international markets. It is aimed to be discrete, and to fulfil the specific needs of your business. It is expected that these are one off long term positions which may take some time and input to fill.

With each package optional extra services are available to employers. WORKCO Limited still operates a licensed Job Placement Service. This program focuses on assisting employers by matching the most suitable jobseekers to vacancies.

The objective of Job Placement is to ensure that an increasing and diverse range of employment opportunities are available for job seekers by meeting the recruitment needs of employers. Job Placement organisations canvass employers for vacancies, and match, screen and refer suitable job seekers to those vacancies.

Once we are advised of your vacancy, the details for all vacancies will be entered on to the Australian Job Search website (withholding employer details). Consultants will then pre-screen applicants and forward details of the most suitable candidates to the employer.
